INTRODUCTION.
As I have previously noted in articles, things should be "called by their proper names" based on real historical events and facts. So, on the central portal haqqin.az Baku from 24.11.24 a sensational article was published about a secret document of the Russian Ministry of Defense with the transfer for consideration to the Kremlin about the plan to divide and annex the territory of Ukraine into three parts. At the same time, the eastern strategic rich regions with both natural and industrial facilities, including Crimea for recreation, are completely transferred to Russia.
In the central part of the country with the capital Kyiv, regions are provided to the authorities of Ukraine, but under the control of a representative of the Kremlin, as an analogue of the Republics of the former USSR in 1922. In the western part of Ukraine, regions are transferred to neighboring European countries based on their identical paganism in order to somehow calm and smooth over the hostility of Western Europe and the United States towards Russia.

The Kremlin intends to divide Ukraine into three parts. This scenario is outlined in a secret document of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Bild reports.
It is alleged that Russian President Vladimir Putin is going to present his idea of dividing Ukraine to US President - elect Donald Trump.
PUTIN'S PLAN. This is how Ukraine's sovereignty is planned to be destroyed:
The Kremlin's condition is that Russia must retain "significant territories of Ukraine" and that Ukraine itself must "abandon plans to join NATO." According to the document, the Kremlin intends to divide Ukraine "into three parts." The entire east of the country (Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia, and Kherson regions), as well as Crimea, "must go to Russia." The second large part of the country (including the regions of Kyiv, Sumy, and Odessa) is planned to be turned into a "pro-Russian state entity." (This is analogous to the Republics of the former USSR from 1922 to this day! - Raiis Gassanly). The government structures in this zone will be staffed with pro-Russian personnel, and "Russian troops will be stationed on its territory for control." The remaining part in the west of Ukraine is called "disputed territories" in the document. What to do with them is supposed to be decided during negotiations between Russia and neighboring countries - Hungary, Poland, and Romania.
Deputy Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Vadim Skibitsky told Interfax-Ukraine that Ukrainian intelligence knows about a Russian document with a forecast of the military-political situation in the world until 2045, which proposes dividing Ukraine into three parts. "I will say more, this document was prepared by the Defense Ministry and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation around December of last year. This document forms the basis for long-term defense planning for a certain period of time - at least 10 years. In particular, this document was developed for the period 2026-2035 with a perspective until 2045" - he said.
So, if I compare the document of the Russian Ministry of Defense with the documents of the Kremlin from 1920 at the level of the seizure of neighboring countries for the purpose of creating and managing the republics of the former USSR, we will see that they are simply analogous. In those years, the great leader of the Russian people V. Lenin, sick in the head with the remnants of syphilism from being in the countries of Europe, gave the order to the Red Army of Russia to seize neighboring countries with Russia.
As for my country Azerbaijan, in May 1918 it became democratic in the Muslim world with uniform rights for men and women, who threw off their outer veil chador, as an example of the Muslim world. At the same time, the authorities of Azerbaijan, without a referendum and the consent of the people, provided a number of regions to the Armenians who betrayed the authorities of Turkey and fled with their army since 1915 to the regions of the South Caucasus, in the creation of the Republic of Armenia at the level of peace and the exclusion of genocide of the people. In April 1920, V. Lenin gave the Red Army an order: either burn oil Baku to the ground or annex the entire country. The reader should know that since the mid-19th century, Baku oil was supplied by millionaires Rockefeller, Nobel and others to the world market of Petrograd at a level of 70% of the world level. And this also allowed Azerbaijan, even under the Tsarist regime of Russia, to build modern Italian buildings in Baku with the income received from the sale of oil, which to this day decorate the infrastructure of the capital of the country. As a result of the attack of the Red Army of Russia on democratic Azerbaijan, as an analogue of today's Ukraine, on the one hand, the country for the first time received a cemetery in the elevated part of Baku. On the other hand, the Kremlin establishes the Russian language as the state language for the Muslims of the country, and the second person in power is a representative of the Kremlin. So, from the day of the Republic's creation on April 26, 1920, the Kremlin brazenly began to transfer oil, gas and strategic underground resources to Moscow for free, both for the internal market of the empire and for sale to Germany in exchange for attack aircraft and industrial equipment of Germany. It should also be noted that, on the other hand, all military equipment of the former USSR during the Second World War was based on high-quality Baku fuel. For this, in 1960, Baku was also on the list of cities across the country to be awarded the Hero Star. However, to this day, Baku, unlike other cities in Russia, has not seen the Hero Star. The reason is that the Kremlin was occupied by the Russian schemer, the Armenian Anastas Mikoyan, as Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
So, since 1920, Russia has captured neighboring countries at the level of the imperial rule of the Kremlin, 15 Republics with an authoritarian form of their rule, with the exception of Armenia and Georgia. The reason for this is that the representatives of their countries in the Kremlin were Joseph Stalin and Anastas Mikoyan. Thus, in 1922, a "great union and brotherhood" of 15 republics of the former Soviet country arose at the level of the hard red line of the Kremlin's rule, which continues for them to this day and again for the country of Ukraine, fighting for democracy. Today, unlike the Republics of the former USSR, Ukraine is fighting alone with the Kremlin, where the President of Russia sits "sick from head to toe", as politician Boris Nemtsov noted, for which he paid with his life at the walls of the Kremlin. The Kremlin's capture of the Russian-speaking eastern regions of Ukraine under the pretext of large casualties of the Russian armed forces in battles with the courageous army of Ukraine. The analogue of these battles of Russia was the late Marshall G. Zhukov with the tactics of conducting battles in the Second World War at the level of large casualties of fighters with the goal of winning only the battle. When asked about the crudest tactics of conducting battle, G. Zhukov brazenly answered: after the war, Russian women will compensate for our victims with childbirth.
WHO WAS THE IDEA AUTHOR OF THE ANNEXATION OF UKRAINIAN REGIONS TO CREATE A GREAT RUS' WITH THREE COUNTRIES IN THE 21ST CENTURY?
Russian politician Boris Nemtsov noted: "V. Putin is sick from head to toe." So who then came up with the idea of annexing all of Ukraine to Russia?
The American magazine Forbes called the author of the annexation of Ukrainian regions "the main Russian foreign policy hawk." At the same time, the administration of former US President Barack Obama considered him one of the main high-ranking officials of the Russian government responsible for violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of democratic Ukraine.
This author turned out to be the scientist Dmitry Rogozin, who after the publication of the book “Enemy of the People” in 2006 in Moscow, was accepted by President V. Putin, who was then unemployed, to the positions of power in the Kremlin as a diplomat, as well as deputy chairman of the country’s government; chairman of the board of the Military-Industrial Commission of Russia and the state Commission for the Development of the Arctic, and in 2008 as a representative to NATO in Brussels.
I will quote D. Rogozin from his book, which reveal the goal of V. Putin: "Isn't Kyiv - the mother of Russian cities - our Motherland? ... Yes, we recognize Ukraine and Belarus as independent states, but we consider the division of a single nation a mistake. The national idea is the indisputable right of the divided Russian people to reunite ... The right to self-determination must be applied correctly - to the entire Russian nation as a whole, and not to its individual parts that formed the Russian Federation, Ukraine and Belarus. The right to self-determination should be understood as the right to live together in one spacious and strong state house while preserving and developing national characteristics in languages and culture. The unification of three Russian states with a single statehood is the main national task of the patriots of Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. This is inextricably linked with the restoration of the state-forming role of the Russian people in the Russian Federation itself! " "Only thieves and traitors (R.G. The author means V. Putin's entourage in the Kremlin at the level of oligarchs and the country's authorities) are afraid of freedom of speech, an independent judicial system, the right of citizens to self-expression and participation in rallies and demonstrations, the opportunity to submit important decisions for the country to national referendums and plebiscites."
Further, the author of the book D. Rogozin also believes: “It is the victory of the Russian national idea that gives a chance to preserve the national and social unity of Russia and return it to the status of a world power. One of the main tasks of the Russian national movement is that Russians must reunite, create a single nation and state, restore their demographic potential. Recognizing the unnaturalness of the division of our people, we cannot consider this state of affairs eternal. Why does Europe express a desire to live in a single commonwealth, while the Great Russians, Little Russians and Belarusians have gone to their “national apartments”? In a short time, it is necessary to create political and economic preconditions for the restoration of a single great Slavic statehood of three fraternal peoples! We have one historical Motherland - Kievan Rus! The most important issue for us is to overcome the demographic catastrophe. The preservation, increase and further development of the Russian nation must become the cornerstone of the work of the patriotic government.”
It was this book by D. Rogozin, as a gift to President V. Putin, that became, on the one hand, the attraction of the author of the book to high positions of power in the country, and, on the other hand, an open motive for the Kremlin's seizure of the Crimea region in 2014. At the same time, the Kremlin does not notify the UN about the beginning of the war, similar to how the former USSR war in 1979 in Afghanistan, unlike the US war in Iraq with discussion in the UN Security Council. The large-scale war of Russia with Ukraine from 2022 to this day occurs with the complete destruction of the infrastructure of the most beautiful cities of Ukraine at the level of genocide and more than seven million refugees in European countries. The author of the book D. Rogozin also had to participate in the war with Ukraine until he was seriously wounded, which forced him to undergo treatment for a long time.
The goal of V. Putin in the war of conquest with Ukraine is: firstly, to strangle democracy in the Slavic country of Ukraine with its reunification with Russia at the level of "democratic voting" of the people of the country. Secondly, to further seize the neighboring countries of Poland and the Baltics, in retaliation for the actions of the authorities of Western European countries and the USA, at the level of V.Putin's revival of the territories of the former USSR of 1945 with the borders of East Germany! Such is the appetite of the cunning of the great dictator of the 21st century V. Putin with red lines at the level of the revival of the authoritarian dictatorial power of the empire of the Tsar of all Rus', the great Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin with his second young wife - a world-class gymnast and, unlike the historical former Tsars of Russia, underground and above-ground palaces around the country in comparison to this day with 5-story buildings a hundred kilometers from Moscow without hot water and with toilets in the yard, where Russians die in the winter under the influence of vodka.
WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE UN ARMED FORCES IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD?
The UN Charter notes: at the level of UN peacekeeping armed forces, security, political support and assistance in peacebuilding are ensured in order to help countries make the difficult transition from conflict to peace as quickly as possible. The authorities of the United States and NATO countries could provide the authorities of Ukraine with large cash transfers and weapons since 2022. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have been heroically fighting since the beginning of the war and to this day for every region of the country. However, the Armed Forces of Ukraine cannot compensate for the dead with the number of war participants, while Russia is waging a war, similar to the actions of Marshall G. Zhukov in World War II, on massive losses of soldiers with their compensation by the number of the country's population more than twice the population of Ukraine; also at the expense of criminals sitting in prisons with compensation for their sentences and, finally, with the involvement of 11 thousand soldiers from North Korea.
A rhetorical question arises: why the UN, as it is its duty, will not send its armed forces to Ukraine to implement peace in the country? Why? This once again demonstrates the complete incapacity of the UN with its Security Council at the level of five permanent members with veto votes, which allows them to reject consideration of current issues of peace and war in the countries of the world. Today, the war of Putin's Kremlin in Ukraine can lead to a nuclear war. At the same time, former Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel states on the ZDF channel: "Russia must not win this war. This is a flagrant violation of international law, which was committed by Russian President V. Putin in relation to Ukraine."
Otherwise, without reforming the functions of the UN bodies and the structure of the UN Security Council, we can expect a global nuclear war at the level of the destruction of our earthly Planet with its population. And as the great Einstein noted, the survivors will fight for life with sticks and stones! In 1945, the army of the former USSR marched through the streets of Copenhagen, Denmark, in the role of liberators of the country from Hitler's fascism. Today, in the 21st century, the army of the Kremlin of Putin's Russia also wants to march at the level of governing European countries!
Conclusions:
- A large bacillus of fascism hovers over the countries of the world, generated by the Kremlin since 1920, both in the creation of the colonial empire of the former USSR at the level of seizing neighboring 15 countries with their red lines from the Kremlin to this day, and the fascism of Adolf Hitler generated by the Kremlin in the 1930s at the level of World War II with the use of two atomic bombs in Japan and the genocide of Jews;
- The authorities of the democratic countries of the world, including NATO, should urgently unite in real assistance both in manpower and in all types of weapons to the democratic country of Ukraine in the fight against the fascism of the Kremlin of the 21st century, which after the annexation of Ukraine will continue its aggression by seizing neighboring countries of Western Europe.
- The UN Secretary General needs an urgent reform of the structures and responsibilities of the UN General Assembly, the UN Secretary General and, fundamentally, the UN Security Council at the level of resuscitation and reparations of the permanent member countries, with their expansion to 15 strategic multinational countries of the Continents of the world.
